Quiet work. Loud results.
We're a New Zealand private investigation firm built around three commitments: discretion you can rely on, evidence that holds up, and answers you can act on.
Our approach
We don't take every case — we take the right ones. Each engagement begins with a free, confidential consultation, a written scope, and a fixed or capped fee structure. You'll always know what we're doing and what it costs before work starts.
Licensed & insured
Blacklisted Investigations operates under the New Zealand Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010. All operatives hold current licences and we carry professional indemnity insurance.
Evidence-grade reporting
Every matter is documented to a standard that holds in employment, family, and civil proceedings — time-stamped notes, chain-of-custody for media, and clean written briefs for your lawyer.
Discretion by default
Encrypted client files. Minimum-retention data policy. NDAs available on request. We never disclose client details — including the existence of an engagement — to anyone outside the matter.
Working with lawyers, insurers, and businesses
We accept instructions directly from solicitors, in-house counsel, claims teams and HR. Privileged engagement available where appropriate.
