Licensed & compliant
Blacklisted Investigations operates under the New Zealand Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010. All operatives hold current licences and every engagement is conducted within the Privacy Act 2020.
Evidence-grade reporting
Every matter is documented to a standard that holds in employment, family, and civil proceedings — time-stamped notes, chain-of-custody for media, and clean written briefs for your lawyer.
Discretion by default
Encrypted client files. Minimum-retention data policy. NDAs available on request. We never disclose client details — including the existence of an engagement — to anyone outside the matter.
Working with lawyers, insurers, and businesses
We accept instructions directly from solicitors, in-house counsel, claims teams and HR. Privileged engagement available where appropriate.
