Yes. PIs are licensed and regulated under the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010. We hold current licences and operate within the Act and the Privacy Act 2020.
Most matters are quoted on a fixed-fee or capped-hourly basis. Background checks typically start from a few hundred dollars; surveillance is quoted per hour with a minimum block. You'll get a written estimate before any work begins.
Yes. We never disclose client details — including the existence of an engagement — outside the matter. Files are encrypted, retention is minimised, and NDAs are available on request.
Yes. We document each matter to evidentiary standard — time-stamped notes, chain-of-custody for media, witness-ready briefs. Our work has been used in family, employment and civil proceedings.
Yes. We operate nationwide and have associates in major centres for rapid response. International work is supported through trusted partners.
No. We accept instructions directly from individuals, businesses, lawyers and insurers. For privileged work, your lawyer can engage us on your behalf.
