We go through strict compliance before we can act — confirming authority, notice and the documentation you’ve provided line up before any agent is deployed.
3Location & Recovery
Agent deployed. Asset located, condition documented, keys secured or vehicle towed. Body-cam recording available with selected agents on request.
4Report & Handback
Full recovery report with condition photos and chain of custody. Asset delivered to your nominated location or storage.

Strict compliance before we act
We don’t move on an asset until the instruction is in order. Authority to act, correct notice and the security documentation you’ve supplied are all confirmed first — no exceptions.
CCFA — Credit Contracts & Consumer Finance Act
We follow the repossession provisions of the CCFA strictly. Correct notice periods, correct documentation, correct process — every time.
Body-cam available with selected agents
Body-cam recording can be arranged with specific repossession agents — timestamped, geo-tagged and retained. Tell us if you want it on your job and we’ll deploy an agent who carries it.
Full recovery report
Written report with condition photos, timestamps and chain-of-custody documentation delivered with every completed recovery.

- Security interest confirmation provided by you (the lender)
- Default confirmed — payments missed or agreement breached
- Correct notice issued to the borrower under the CCFA
- Asset description — make, model, year, plate, VIN
- Last known location provided, or a skip trace instructed
- Instruction in writing from an authorised lender contact
- Security verification is confirmed by you — we act on the documentation you provide, we don’t run register checks ourselves
